LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT

A. Amsler Designs is dedicated to serving the general public with the finest hand-crafted vintage jewelry products available. Our products are creative, durable, timeless, and thoroughly-inspected for quality. Each and every product created is covered by the workmanship and materials limited warranty described below.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Custom orders, special orders and items altered or manufactured to your specificiations cannot be canceled or accepted for credit or exchange. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

RETURN POLICY

Within 30 days of purchase, unworn A. Amsler Design jewelry may be returned for a full in-house credit or exchange, less shipping and handling charges. The shipping date of the return must be within 30 days of the purchase date. It must be returned in original condition and packaging along with a copy of the original invoice with the reason for return clearly stated. Postage, shipping and handling charges are not reimbursable.

Once your return has been received, your account will be credited for the invoice amount of the item. Your credit will remain in your account for up to one full year for future purchases. Credit processing usually requires 5 to 10 business days providing that returned items have met the above criteria.

REPAIRS

In the unlikely event the wire on A. Amsler Design jewelry should break within one year from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace the wire at no charge. Washing or submerging our jewelry in water will void this warranty. We do not guarantee repair of defects in the vintage piece due to the inherent age and availability of replacement parts. However, every attempt to repair or insert crystals that have fallen out will be taken. To return a product for repair, please follow our return procedures.
